The Gelato and Sorbet can only be shipped via FedEx Standard OR Priority Overnight.

Mailing our Gelato and Sorbet
Planning a scheduled delivery date is important so that the products will not melt. Upon delivery of the product, there must be someone present to sign so that the items can be successfully delivered. G.S. Gelato & Desserts offers two options for shipping our Gelato and Sorbet: FedEx Priority Overnight and Standard Overnight.

FedEx 2day
Orders received on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday will be shipped out within the allotted time frame for production. Orders received on Thursday and Friday will ship out on the following Monday (so not to incur Saturday delivery charges).

Delivery for a business is dropped off by 4:30pm on the second day.
Delivery for a residence is dropped off by 7:00pm on the second day.

FedEx Standard Overnight
Orders received on Monday, Tuesday, Wendesday, and Thursday will be shipped out within the allotted time frame for production. Orders received on Friday will ship out the following Monday (so not to incur Saturday delivery charges). Packages are dropped off by 3-4:30pm the following day.

The package does contain 'hazardous material' which is also known as is 'Dry Ice'. Dry Ice is used to keep our products frozen and in perfect condition upon arrival. Please also see our privacy policy in regards to the safety precautions used to handle the material.

If no one is present to receive the package at the time of delivery, a second delivery attempt may not be possible until the following day; which could result in melting.
