Orlando, FL, Orange County Convention Center-  G.S. Gelato & Desserts is displaying their pint size versions of Gelato and Sorbetto at the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show. The pints are available in supermarkets in the New Jersey and New York area, and launching nationwide to various other locations.  The pints are available in 14 different delicious flavors. Spanning from the Pistachio Gelato to the Blood Orange Sorbetto: all are 100% Authentic, 100% Italian.  The G.S. Gelato story all started when two people fell in love… Simona and Guido Tremolini came to America from their native Italy 13 years ago, with a dream to produce authentic, artisan gelato and sorbetto in the United States. Through their struggles and setbacks, they still managed to become the first in United States history to have their authentic Italian equipment approved through the Department of Agriculture.  They take pride in upholding the centuries old Italian tradition and desire to offer truly authentic gelato and sorbetto to America. Their gelato is 1/3rd less fat than standard ice cream found on the marketplace, and made with only with natural Italian ingredients.  Their Sorbetto is 100% fat free, and dairy free, and made with only fresh fruit, water, sugar and natural stabilizers.  G.S. Gelato & Desserts is excited to become a part of the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association tradeshow in September and looks forward to displaying their products. The Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association

The Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association is among the most influential trade associations in Florida.  The association was established in 1946 to represent the restaurant industry.  Since that time, the scope of FRLA’s representation has expanded to include the entire hospitality industry including lodging establishments, restaurants and thousands of suppliers to the industry.  The association counts among its members some of the largest businesses in each of these categories.

The power and influence of FRLA is indisputable with a legislative track record to back it up.  Led by CEO, Carol Dover and an active Board of Directors, FLRA has been effective in influencing legislation that has saved the industry $1.2 billion in taxes and fees over the past 10 years.
