G.S. Gelato & Desserts has recently been featured in a new book published, titled Scoop: 125 Specialty Ice Creams by Ellen Brown. The work is published by Running Press and had a release date of May 3, 2011.

In the book, Brown profiles G.S. Gelato owners Guido and Simona and the company. The book also features recipes adapted from many of G.S. Gelato's most popular flavors, including our Blood Orange Sorbet and Pistachio, Fig, Rosemary and Olive Oil gelato and Mixed Berry gelato. The book showcases pictures of Guido and Simona, as well as multiple pictures of the recipes.
