We have achieved this result conjugating all the
principles of authenticity of this centuries old tradition,

Gelato is not only the Italian word for ice cream, it is
sublime quality brought to the “Ice cream” World!
Working “Hands-on” and overseeing all the aspects
of the operation, the owners, Guido Tremolini and Simona
Faroni are the pillars of authenticity. Born and raised
in Italy, they moved here several years ago, establishing
their business in Fort Walton Beach, FL.
They began their venture based on passion, fun, love,
and accomplishment, capturing the heart and spirit of all
those to become involved. Guido and Simona, with their acquired
expertise, ensure the quality of Gelato and Sorbet to be
fully controlled at every step of the production process.
The
use of Italian Equipment, Flavors, and Recipes, belong to
a real philosophy where experience, passion, and Respect
for the tradition are rewarded with an incredible response
from the market.
