We cannot accept the return of perishable products. Please contact us immediately with any concerns or questions concerning your gelato or sorbet at contact us.

Your Order
G.S. Gelato & Desserts guarantees that all gelato and sorbet orders will arrive frozen within 2 days of shipment. If no one is present to receive the order, FedEx will attempt to leave the package in as secure a place as possible. A second delivery attempt may not be possible until the following day which could result in melting. Upon receipt remove all gelato and sorbet from packaging and place immediately in freezer to guarantee a quality frozen product. FedEx and G.S. can not be held responsible for the condition of the frozen product if the recipient is unable to receive the package upon delivery.

Email addresses acquired by the contact us form, email request or subscription to the newsletter will be used exclusively for the purpose intended.

Dry Ice Caution

Our Gelato and Sorbet are shipped in Dry Ice in order to keep our products frozen for the longest amount of time possible. Dry Ice cannot have direct contact with skin or else severe injury may occur. When removing dry ice from cooler, please dispose of it in a well ventilated area. Please keep all dry ice away from children and animals.
