Due to the current crisis involving radiation in Japan, we would like to ensure our buyers, customers, and all we do business with that our products have not been affected. This includes all of our ingredients used to make our artisan gelato and sorbet.

While we do import fruit from select tropical regions, none of these areas have been affected by the radiation in Japan. We are working closely with our Italian suppliers to ensure they are not using any products sourced from Japan, and will continue to monitor this diligently.
