"Just a note to express our considerable satisfaction with the GS Gelato products. We sold another gelato product that is distributed in Florida for over a year and a half, and I must tell you that we are excited about our new relationship because of several factors: you, and the headquarters staff, have proven to be a huge bonus as a resource to help sell product. We have found the gelato and sorbets to be of a measurably finer quality and the consistency (creaminess) has been noticed by many of our customers. All in all, we could not be happier with our new relationship." |

"I’m just going to go ahead and throw it out there, because that’s how I roll…It is THE BEST gelato I have had outside of Italy. Yep, there it is in black and white. I said it and I mean it!....I’ve literally been dreaming about it. I’ve been dreaming of making my way through each and every flavor." |

"There is nothing like ice cream, gelato or sorbet in the summer. Absolutely nothing like it. The way it cools your mouth. The way it drips down a cone or the side of an overflowing cup as the summer sun beats you to it. The way it disappears before your eyes. I was recently introduced to a delicious Gelato and Sorbetto company, G.S. Gelato. And I am eagerly sampling their Pistachio Gelato as I write this." |

"Over two years ago, I made contact G S Gelato asked them for their expertise in offering a high-quality gelato in our Grotto Pizza restaurants. From the very beginning, the passion that Simona and Guido showed for their product resonated with my own passion for our Grotto pizza. Since our initial meetings, we have continued to be in close contact on the products and new ideas. This has truly been a great partnership for our company. I have never encountered a business that is so committed to quality, ensuring their customers are satisfied, and maintaining not just a business relationship, but a friendship." --Dominick Pulieri, Founder, Grotto Pizza |

"I've now had more than one hundred samples of frozen treats in my kitchen, and not one comes close to the ethereal taste and texture of your Blood Orange Sorbet. It's truly world class!" --Ellen Brown, Cookbook Author |
"I just discovered your sorbet and gelato in Quincy, Florida at the Winn-Dixie Store. I emailed all my contacts to buy some. It is the best dessert in the world- and I have lived in Florence, Italy myself. I have first generation Italian relatives and they too will be overwhelmed. Thank you so much for this new treat.
I tell friends GS Gelato will cure depression, ease a broken heart, give peace to a stressful day and smooth over a tragedy. I am already a happier person. Thank you."

"Dear Guido, Simona, and the rest of the G.S. family and staff,
I have been an ince ream lover since I entered the world! I cannot imagine how many gallons I have had and how many flavors I've tasted since then. Now, I have a new love... G.S. Gelato!
Last week, I went to the grocery store for an ice cream treat to take home with me. My husband had gifted me with a haircut since I needed some "alone time" away from being a mommy. How kind! He told me to take some time for myself and get an ice cream treat afterwards. On our limited budget, I headed to the grocery store to bring home something special. As I walked down the frozen foods aisle, I noticed your gelato flavors- especially the pure, minimal ingredients used to make it.
I grabbed a Tuscan Tiramisu and a Pistachio and headed home with excitement! They are incredibly delicious! So creamy, so rich, so light!
I write to tell you that I appreciate your company and the work you put into making such a deliciousness line of gelato to share with our country. Ice cream breeds joy and togetherness! May you continue to have success in all you do. I look forward to trying more flavors."
